1. Global Participation & Compliance

Participation in the Hurry n Cash™ Marketplace is contingent upon full adherence to these General Terms and Conditions. By utilizing the Platform, you execute a binding agreement with the Hurry n Cash™ Group.

Merchant Authority: Vendors operating as legal entities or organizational projects warrant that they possess the necessary corporate authority to bind their organization to these terms. You guarantee that all personnel managing your Hurry n Cash™ Platform operations are in full compliance with these standards.

Account Integrity: To maintain ecosystem security, Hurry n Cash™ enforces a strict “Single Merchant Identity” policy. Unauthorized duplication of accounts across our US or Egypt nodes will result in immediate platform-wide suspension.

2. Marketplace Access & Identity Security

2.1. Eligibility: Access is restricted to entities and individuals 18 years of age or older who possess the legal capacity to enter into international trade contracts and are based within the Arab Republic of Egypt for global export purposes.

2.2. Credentials: Merchants are responsible for the lifecycle security of their platform credentials. Hurry n Cash™ must be notified immediately of any security breach. The Merchant remains liable for all transactions executed via their account prior to formal breach notification.

2.3. Operational Discretion: Hurry n Cash™ reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate platform access for any reason, including risk mitigation. In the event of termination, Hurry n Cash™ will honor financial obligations regarding fulfilled orders, subject to compliance audits.

3. The Transactional Framework (Sale Terms)

3.1. Facilitation Role: The Hurry n Cash™ Marketplace serves as a high-frequency trading platform. While we accept binding sales on behalf of Merchants, Hurry n Cash™ is the platform facilitator and not the principal party to the sale unless explicitly stated.

3.2. Legal Sale Obligations: Upon confirmation of a transaction, a legally binding contract is executed between the Seller and Buyer.

• Taxation & Compliance: All product valuations on the Hurry n Cash™ Platform must be inclusive of all applicable VAT and levies as per the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Global Quality Standards: Products must meet or exceed safety and performance benchmarks. Egyptian Sellers warrant full legal title and intellectual property rights for all listings, ensuring they are free from any liens or third-party encumbrances globally.

8. Content Integrity & Intellectual Property

Sellers grant Hurry n Cash™ an irrevocable, global, royalty-free license to utilize all Merchant-provided content across our marketing and logistics channels. All content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and compliant with international standards of decency.

Prohibited Communication: To protect the integrity of the Hurry n Cash™ Marketplace, Sellers are strictly prohibited from soliciting platform users for transactions outside the Hurry n Cash™ ecosystem. This includes bypassing our secure payment gateways or manipulating the proprietary rating and review systems.

12. System Integrity & Global Cybersecurity

The Hurry n Cash™ Platform is a mission-critical infrastructure. Any attempt to compromise system performance, accessibility, integrity, or security—including unauthorized penetration testing, hacking, or data scraping—will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in both the United States and Egypt.
